Ingredients

  • 1 lb. plain yogurt
  • 1 small garlic, chopped
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Pour the yogurt into a double layer of cheesecloth, tie at the top, and drain for a few hours or overnight until it reaches the consistency of cream cheese.
  2. Add the chopped garlic and spices (oregano, thyme, parsley, and basil) to the drained yogurt.
  3. Mix well to combine all flavors.
  4. Transfer to a small crock and let it sit overnight for the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with crackers.
