Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. sugar-free Jell-O
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • ice cubes
  • 1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water into a blender, add the Jell-O powder.
  2. Blend on low speed until the Jell-O is dissolved, about 1 minute.
  3. Combine cold water and ice to make 1 cup of cold water.
  4. Add the cold water and ice mixture to the Jell-O and stir until almost melted.
  5. Blend in the yogurt and vanilla extract.
  6. Chill in dessert glasses or a bowl until set, about 1 hour.
