Ingredients

  • 1 pint fruit (fresh, frozen or canned)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Reserve some fruit for garnish if desired.
  2. Puree the remaining fruit in a blender.
  3. Combine the pureed fruit, sugar, yogurt, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  4. Spoon the mixture into individual dessert dishes.
  5. Garnish with reserved fruit and serve.
