Ingredients

  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 2 to 3 eggs
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. flour or cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. sage
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a double boiler.
  2. Cook for 3 to 5 hours until solid.
  3. Cool the mixture.
  4. When cold, it is ready for use.
  5. It may be eaten like cheese, sliced and stewed with peas, made into hash with potatoes, or used as a sandwich filling.
