Ingredients

  • regular yogurt
  • regular or 2% milk

Instructions

  1. Boil milk until it comes to a boil, then take it off the stove and pour into a bowl.
  2. Add the existing yogurt (starter) to the cooled milk.
  3. Allow the boiled milk to cool down to a temperature where you can count to ten while it is still hot but not too hot.
  4. Mix the cooled milk with the starter yogurt thoroughly.
  5. Cover the bowl well and leave it undisturbed for 2 hours or more to ferment.
