Light and airy Yorkshire Puddings or Popovers with crispy edges, perfect as a side or snack, suited for family dinners or brunch gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Grease muffin tins very generously.
  2. Set the tins in the refrigerator to chill.
  3. Mix eggs, milk, salt, and flour together with a wire whisk or fork very vigorously until well blended.
  4. Fill the cold tins one-third or one-half full with the batter.
  5. Place the tins with batter in a cold oven.
  6. Turn the oven to 450°F and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Insert a toothpick into the top of each popover after baking to release steam.
