Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with milk until well combined.
  2. Add sifted flour and salt all at once; beat until smooth.
  3. While preparing batter, heat the oven to 450°F and keep the roasting pan in the oven with 1/2 cup beef drippings in it.
  4. Pour the batter into the hot, greased roasting pan.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until puffed and golden.
  6. Serve immediately.
