Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220° or 225°.
- Beat egg white until stiff.
- Add light brown sugar and vanilla to the egg white and beat a little.
- Add pecan halves and coat them well with the mixture.
- Arrange coated pecans on a lightly greased cookie sheet (use margarine).
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Turn off the oven and let the pecans set for 30 minutes before removing.
