Ingredients

  • 2 c. (8 oz.) elbow macaroni or salad macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. sliced radishes
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni or salad macaroni according to package directions; drain well.
  2. Cool.
  3. (Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well.
