- Let the cabbage cool.
- Prepare the rice according to the package instructions in a microwave dish and let it cool.
- Spread about 1 inch of spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a lasagna dish.
- Separate the cabbage leaves, pulling off one at a time.
- Take one cabbage leaf and spread it out.
- Place one large spoon of rice and one teaspoon of sour cream on the leaf.
- Fold in the sides and roll up the leaf.
- Repeat with remaining leaves and place the rolled cabbage in the dish with the sauce.
- Cover the cabbage rolls with the remaining sauce.
