Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cups chopped chicken or turkey
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 2 envelopes Good Seasons salad dressing
  • 1 (15 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Cook cream cheese and chicken broth in a large saucepan on low heat until the cheese is melted, stirring frequently with a wire whisk.
  2. Stir in chopped chicken, thawed mixed vegetables, and salad dressing mixes.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
  4. Cover with one pie crust, seal the edges, and flute the edge.
  5. Cut several slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  6. Cut remaining pie crust into decorative shapes and arrange on top of the crust.
  7. Place the pie plate on a cookie sheet and bake at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
