Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs,
  • Cheese,
  • Mushrooms,
  • green Peppers,
  • Jalepeno Peppers,
  • Ham,
  • Onions,
  • Bacon,

Instructions

  1. 1. Have guests write their names on a quart size Ziploc freezer bag with permanent marker. Crack 2 egges (not more than 2)into the bag and shake to combine.
  2. 2. Put out a variety of ingredients such as cheese, ham, onions, hash browns, salsa, etc.
  3. 3. Each guest adds prepared ingredients of choice to their bag and shake.
  4. 4. Place the bags into rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6-8 omelets in a large pot.
  5. 5. Open the bags and the omlete will roll out easily.
  6. 6. Nice to serve with fresh fruit and coffee cake.
