Ingredients

  • 1 MED ONION CHOPPED
  • 1/2C CHEESE, GRATED (YOUR CHOICE)
  • 1/2t SALT
  • 1/8C OIL
  • 4 EGGS
  • 3C CUBED ZUCCINI OR SLICED THIN
  • 1C MUSHROOMS, PEPPERS, ETC.
  • 1C BISQUICK
  • 1t GARLIC POWDER
  • 1t HOT PEPPERT SAUCE

Instructions

  1. MIX ALL THE ABOVE IN LG BOWL. SPRAY 9x13 CASSEROLE DISH WITH PAM. PUT IN ABOVE. MAY SPRINKLE WITH HALVED COCKTAIL TOMATOES IF AVAILABLLE.
  2. BAKE 350 DEGREES 45 MIN.
  3. CAN CHANGE INGREDIENTS AS DESIRED MUSTARD, MEXICAN, ITALIAN, GREEK...YOUR CHOICE.
