Ingredients

  • 6 whole eggs
  • 8 Tbsp. sugar
  • 8 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 4 c. whole milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • sprinkle of nutmeg
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs slightly and mix with the flour and sugar until well combined.
  2. Add the milk, vanilla, and a pinch of salt to the egg mixture and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour the mixture into prepared crusts.
  4. Bake in a 425°F oven until set, about 10 minutes.
  5. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and continue baking for about 20 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
