Ingredients

  • 29 peppercorns
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1/3 cup prepared mustard
  • 2 (2 oz) cans anchovy fillets with oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups salad oil

Instructions

  1. Blend peppercorns, garlic, mustard, and anchovies with their oil in a blender.
  2. Add 1 egg and blend for 1 minute, then slowly blend in 1 cup of oil.
  3. Repeat the process with the remaining egg and oil.
  4. Serve with crisp, raw vegetables.
