Ingredients

  • 16 oz. ground chuck
  • 16 oz. black beans
  • 16 oz. red beans
  • 16 oz. pinto beans
  • 16 oz. diced tomatoes with jalapenos
  • 1 package McCormick mild chili seasoning
  • 16 oz. tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Brown 2 hamburger patties and drain grease.
  2. Put all ingredients in a crock pot with juices from the cans.
  3. Stir ingredients and cook for 8 to 12 hours.
  4. Stir every 3 to 4 hours during cooking.
  5. Serve topped with grated Mexican-style cheese. Ideal with cornbread or served over Fritos.
