3 Layer Refrigerator Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 1 small instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 small instant chocolate pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, butter and pecans.
  2. Press into 10 x 13-inch pan and bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes; cool.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip.
  4. Spread on cooled crust.
  5. Mix puddings and milk for 2 minutes, then spread on 2nd layer.
  6. Cover with Cool Whip, chopped pecans and shaved chocolate squares or Hershey bar.
  7. Chill overnight or several hours.
