Ingredients

  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 8 x oonces cream cheese
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
  • 2 box lemon or possibly lime jello
  • 1 can (#2) crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. nuts

Instructions

  1. First Layer:Cook until thickens.
  2. Pour into 9x13- in.
  3. pan and chill.
  4. Second layer:Refrigeratetill set.
