A hearty vegetable casserole featuring Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and broccoli in a creamy, cheesy topping, perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes frozen Brussels sprouts
  • 2 boxes frozen cauliflower
  • 1 box frozen broccoli
  • 2 cans cream soup

Instructions

  1. Remove vegetables from the freezer and break into a buttered casserole dish.
  2. When partially thawed, mix the vegetables together.
  3. If desired, add a little milk to the cream soups before pouring over the vegetables.
  4. Top the casserole liberally with crushed cheese crackers.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
