- Let the vegetables thaw completely.
- Place the thawed vegetables in a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Slice chunks of Velveeta cheese and distribute over the vegetables.

- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 55 minutes or until bubbly.
- Stir once halfway through the baking time.
