A creamy vegetable cheese bake combining cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and broccoli with Velveeta cheese, perfect for cozy family dinners or a comforting side dish.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen cauliflower
  • 10 oz. frozen Brussels sprouts
  • 10 oz. frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Let the vegetables thaw completely.
  2. Place the thawed vegetables in a 2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Slice chunks of Velveeta cheese and distribute over the vegetables.
  4. Pour soup (or a similar liquid component) over the Velveeta and vegetables.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 55 minutes or until bubbly.
  6. Stir once halfway through the baking time.
