A quick and easy no-bake pie with tropical pineapple, creamy vanilla pudding, and sour cream, perfect for a quick dessert that’s light, sweet, and crowd-pleasing.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of pineapple
  • 1 large package of instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Empty the can of pineapple (juice and all) into a bowl.
  2. Pour the pineapple mixture into the pudding and pie filling mix.
  3. Add the sour cream to the mixture.
  4. Mix all ingredients well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a graham cracker crust.
  6. Garnish with fruit if desired and serve with whipped topping.
