Ingredients

  • 2 small pkg. vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 c. cold milk
  • 1 large carton cool whip
  • graham crackers
  • 1 can chocolate cake icing

Instructions

  1. Mix the vanilla pudding mix with cold milk using a mixer until thick.
  2. Fold in the cool whip into the pudding mixture.
  3. Place a layer of whole graham crackers evenly in a 9x13 inch dish.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding layer.
  6. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of crackers.
  7. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  8. Spread chocolate cake icing over the top layer of crackers.
  9. Refrigerate the assembled dessert before serving.
