  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. sweetened fruit

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt butter in a baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, self-rising flour, and milk until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the baking dish containing melted butter without stirring.
  5. Spoon the sweetened fruit into the mixture on top.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
