Ingredients

  • 50 g fresh red cabbage
  • 100 g fresh iceberg lettuce
  • 25 g fresh red bell peppers
  • 25 g fresh yellow bell peppers
  • 50 g fresh green bell peppers
  • 25 g fresh carrots
  • 50 g fresh cucumbers
  • 25 g fresh tomatoes
  • For the Vinaigrette dressing
  • 20 g mustard paste
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 5 g black pepper
  • 15 ml vinegar
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Shred all the vegetables.
  2. Mix in the dressing in the shredded vegetables.
  3. Serve cold.
