Ingredients
- 50 g fresh red cabbage ⓘ
- 100 g fresh iceberg lettuce ⓘ
- 25 g fresh red bell peppers ⓘ
- 25 g fresh yellow bell peppers
- 50 g fresh green bell peppers ⓘ
- 25 g fresh carrots ⓘ
- 50 g fresh cucumbers ⓘ
- 25 g fresh tomatoes ⓘ
- For the Vinaigrette dressing
- 20 g mustard paste
- 15 ml olive oil
- 5 g black pepper
- 15 ml vinegar ⓘ
- salt and black pepper ⓘ
Instructions
- Shred all the vegetables.
- Mix in the dressing in the shredded vegetables.
- Serve cold.
