Ingredients

  • 2 c. cinnamon crisp crackers
  • 5 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 to 4 bananas
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 1 large Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. In a 9 x 13-inch dish, melt 5 tablespoons butter and mix with cinnamon crisp.
  2. Place on bottom of pan.
  3. Next, mix powdered sugar, 1 stick butter and 2 eggs.
  4. Place over first layer.
  5. Add sliced bananas and place on second layer.
  6. Add 1 can undrained crushed pineapple.
  7. Place a layer of Cool Whip on top.
  8. Walnuts and maraschino cherries may be added for decoration.
