Ingredients

  • 12 oz. cans Mexican-style corn, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped red onion
  • 1/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard powder

Instructions

  1. Combine corn, celery, onion, vinegar, corn syrup, celery seed, mustard powder, and salt in a large bowl until well blended.
  2. Cover tightly and chill until ready to serve.
