Ingredients

  • 1 package instant lemon pudding (dry)
  • 1 cup fruit juice
  • 1 can fruit cocktail
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 1 can red maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecan halves
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Bananas (optional)

Instructions

  1. Drain the fruit juices from the canned fruits.
  2. Add 1 cup of the drained juice to the dry lemon pudding mix.
  3. Stir in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  4. Gently fold in the canned fruit cocktail, pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, maraschino cherries, and nuts.
  5. Optional: Add sliced bananas, pears, and grapes for extra flavor and texture.
