Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can pink salmon
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 heaping teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Drain the pink salmon and set aside the juice.
  2. Put the salmon in a mixing bowl and break it apart with a fork.
  3. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
  4. When the mixture becomes gummy, add the sifted flour.
  5. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  6. The mixture will be thick; do not add salt, but pepper is okay.
