- Place graham crackers at the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Pour melted butter over the crackers and mash down to form a crust.
- Layer chocolate chips over the crust, then pour half a can of condensed milk over the chips.

- Pour the remaining condensed milk over the layers and top with coconut flakes.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 20 to 30 minutes.
