Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. wide or medium noodles
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 lb. creamed cottage cheese (small curd)
  • 2 cups warm milk
  • 1 large can fruit cocktail, drained (optional)
  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 lb. melted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles for seven minutes and drain.
  2. In a large bowl, blend softened cream cheese and cottage cheese.
  3. Add warm milk, sugar, vanilla, melted butter, and raisins to the mixture.
  4. Beat eggs and add to the mixture along with the cooked noodles.
