Sandy'S Noodle Pudding
A creamy noodle pudding with sweet cottage cheese, fruit, and a graham cracker crust, perfect for family gatherings and comforting desserts.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. wide or medium noodles ⓘ
- 3 eggs ⓘ
- 1 tsp. vanilla ⓘ
- 1/2 cup sugar ⓘ
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened ⓘ
- 1/2 lb. creamed cottage cheese (small curd)
- 2 cups warm milk ⓘ
- 1 large can fruit cocktail, drained (optional) ⓘ
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs ⓘ
- 1/4 lb. melted butter or margarine ⓘ
- 1/2 cup raisins ⓘ
Instructions
- Cook noodles for seven minutes and drain.
- In a large bowl, blend softened cream cheese and cottage cheese.
- Add warm milk, sugar, vanilla, melted butter, and raisins to the mixture.
- Beat eggs and add to the mixture along with the cooked noodles.
