Ingredients

  • 1 (9 oz.) can bean dip
  • 1 large ripe avocado, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 (1 1/8 oz.) package taco seasoning mix
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. sliced black olives
  • 1 (9 oz.) can jalapeno cheese dip
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Spread bean dip in a shallow 2-quart dish.
  2. Arrange chopped avocado over the bean dip, then sprinkle with lemon juice and garlic salt.
  3. In a small bowl, combine sour cream and taco seasoning mix; spread this mixture over the avocado layer.
  4. Top with finely chopped tomatoes and sliced black olives.
  5. Spread jalapeno cheese dip over the tomato and olive layer.
  6. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
  7. Serve with Tostitos brand tortilla chips.
