Yummy 7-Layer Bean Dip

A flavorful and creamy layered bean dip with spicy refried beans, fresh tomatoes, olives, and cheese, perfect for parties and snacking with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 large can refried beans (spicy)
  • mashed avocado
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • 2 finely chopped fresh tomatoes, drained
  • 1 Maui onion, chopped
  • 1 small can chopped olives
  • 6 ounces grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and taco seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Spread refried beans evenly in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish.
  3. Layer mashed avocado over the beans.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise, sour cream, and taco seasoning mixture over the avocado.
  5. Add drained chopped tomatoes on top.
  6. Sprinkle chopped Maui onion over the tomatoes.
  7. Distribute chopped olives evenly over the top.
  8. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over the entire dish.
  9. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.
