Ingredients

  • 1 can 7-Up
  • 1 lb. cut up beef (round or sirloin steak)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Place beef in a casserole dish.
  2. Pour onion soup mix on top of the beef.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup over the beef and soup mix.
  4. Pour 7-Up over the beef, onion soup mix, and soup mixture.
  5. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 2 hours, or at 250°F (120°C) for 3 hours.
  6. Do not open the oven while cooking.
  7. Serve over rice.
