Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. 7-Up
  • 1 pkg. lime Jell-O

Instructions

  1. Mix lime Jell-O in boiling water until fully dissolved.
  2. Add cream cheese and beat with a hand mixer until smooth.
  3. Stir in crushed pineapple with juice, 7-Up, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the mixture into a large mold and refrigerate until set and firm.
  5. Serve chilled.
