- Unroll one can of crescent rolls and press firmly in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Mix together cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the rolled-out dough in the pan.
- Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place on top of the cheese mixture.
- Brush the top layer with beaten egg white.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool.
- Prepare glaze by mixing powdered sugar with milk until smooth.
- Spread the glaze over the cooled Danish.
- Chill overnight before serving.
