Ingredients

  • 2 oz. baking chocolate
  • 1 c. sifted flour
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 egg (unbeaten)

Instructions

  1. Pour 1/2 cup boiling water over baking chocolate in mixing bowl; stir until melted.
  2. Measure other ingredients while the chocolate cools.
