Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Combine oil, lemon juice, and lemon pepper in a recloseable plastic bag or shallow platter.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the plastic bag and coat well with the oil mixture.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning once after 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat grill over low flame.
  5. Grill chicken for 7 to 8 minutes per side, basting with any leftover marinade.
  6. Cook until chicken juice runs yellow and not pink, indicating doneness.
