Ingredients

  • 2-3 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 1-2 Chili Peppers
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 Lime
  • dash Red-wine Vinegar
  • tbsp Sugar
  • tsp Salt
  • tsp Black Pepper
  • tsp Tabasco/Cholula Sauce

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop tomatoes
  2. Finely chop onion
  3. Finely chop peppers
  4. Finely chop garlic
  5. Squeeze lime
  6. Add vinegar
  7. Mix with sugar and spices
  8. Cilantro (Coriander) and/or Mango can also be added
  9. Peppers can be reduced or left out to taste
