Instructions
- Halve the acorn squash lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
- Place the squash halves open side down in a pan of water and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Turn the squash over and place 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 2 to 3 tablespoons of margarine in each half.
- Bake for an additional 30 minutes until tender.
