Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 boned and skinned chicken breasts
  • dried beef
  • 8 slices bacon (one per chicken breast)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Wrap each chicken breast piece in dried beef and a slice of bacon.
  2. Secure with a toothpick if desired.
  3. Place the wrapped chicken in a baking dish.
  4. Mix the cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and sour cream together.
  5. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken.
  6. Cover the dish and bake at 200° to 250°F for 2 hours.
