Instructions
- Cook meat with onions, salt and pepper.
- Roast chiles lightly and soak and mesh with onion, garlic and oregano.
- Fry in oil. Add mixture to cooked meat.
- Add broth, vinegar and bay leaf. Boil until gravy is thick.
- Serve in a deep serving dish.
- Garnish with wedges of avocados, radishes and onions.
