Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground meat
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can Veg-All
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 3 medium potatoes, chopped

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground meat and chopped onion in a large skillet; drain off excess fat.
  2. In a large pot, combine the cooked meat, chopped potatoes, stewed tomatoes, chopped celery, tomato sauce, and Veg-All; bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and let it simmer until the potatoes and celery are tender.
  4. Optional: add a can of whole corn if desired.
  5. Adjust consistency with water if the mixture becomes too dry.
