Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  4. Bake for about 25 minutes or until it tests done with a toothpick.
  5. Remove from oven and cool before serving.
