Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) can chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 (8 oz.) can picante sauce
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and hot sausage in a skillet, stirring until crumbly. Drain excess fat.
  2. Combine Velveeta cheese, chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies, picante sauce, and cream of mushroom soup in a slow cooker.
  3. Cook on low until the cheese melts, then mix well.
  4. Stir in the cooked meat mixture.
  5. Cook until heated through and serve with nacho chips.
