Ingredients

  • 1 cup Total cereal
  • 1 cup orange juice or small can crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 small bananas, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix cereal and orange juice or crushed pineapple in a large bowl and let stand for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the vegetable oil, egg, and sliced bananas; stir until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the flour, sugar, raisins, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt, mixing just until incorporated.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
