Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 3/4 lb. scallops
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 cup mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese
  • sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Rinse scallops; sauté scallops and chopped onion in margarine and wine until scallops become white and fluffy looking.
  2. Add sliced mushrooms; sprinkle with parsley and pepper.
  3. Add mushroom soup; pour mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Top with shredded Swiss cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F until bubbling and cheese is melted.
