Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1 c. raisins (dark)
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Instructions

  1. When you get your pies mixed, beat egg whites and fold into mixture.
  2. Bake slowly for 1 hour.
