  3. Chill the coconut mixture in the refrigerator until firm enough to handle.
  4. Roll the chilled coconut mixture into small, almond-sized shapes resembling Almond Joys.
  5. Top each coconut shape with an almond.
  6. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  7. Dip each coconut-and-almond piece into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
  8. Place the coated candies on wax paper and allow the chocolate to harden before serving.
