Ingredients

  • 12 macaroon cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • Pineapple chunks
  • Peaches sliced
  • Strawberries
  • Melon chunks
  • Bananas
  • grapes
  • apples

Instructions

  1. Stir together non-fruit items.
  2. For beginners, a good way to crush the cookies is to place them in a Ziploc bag, squeeze out air, and roll over bag with a rolling pin until crushed.
  3. Chill several hours to soften macaroons.
  4. Do not stir again or macaroon pieces will become crumbs.
  5. Serve in a bowl surrounded by fruit and enjoy!
