Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup Angel Flake coconut
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. Line pie shells with thin sliced bananas and sprinkle with nuts.
  2. Cook crushed pineapple, sugar, and flour in a double boiler until thickened. Cool.
  3. Pour the pineapple mixture over the bananas and nuts in the pie shell.
  4. Sprinkle with coconut and top with Cool Whip before serving.
